For the most part, the protein comes from the almond, but to boost the bar even more and give it a little firmness and a little creaminess, we have added whey protein. Sweetness comes naturally from dates, while crunch and texture come from the nut. At the top, we cover all our bars with a protein-enriched sugar-free quality chocolate.
